Bezant House is a self catering three storey semi-detached holiday home in Newquay with conservatory, situated in Bezant Place in Newquay, a secluded village setting in Pentire, Newquay. An idyllic setting away from the stresses of everyday life, with the pace set to slow. Bezant House is stylish home from home self catering holiday accommodation and makes the perfect base for any holiday in Cornwall. Bezant House is child friendly and dog friendly and has Satellite TV (including the Sports Channels) and broadband internet access.
Bezant House has been equipped to a very high specification. The attention to detail makes this property hard to beat, it is completely self-contained, carpeted and tiled throughout and fully equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable self catering holiday. High chair, travel cot and stair gate are available in the house. There is also private parking for two cars. Bezant House is child and pet / dog friendly and operates a non smoking policy. In the lounge, a high quality double sofa bed provides extra sleeping facilities for up to two people. Additional guests are charged at 10% of the booking price. Dogs are welcome (a maximum of two dogs - £35 each per week).
Situated close to Fistral Beach (world-famous as the beach in Europe for surfing and surf competitions). Other nearby areas of outstanding natural beauty include the Pentire Headland, The River Gannel, Crantock and Holywell Beach with the Golf course of Newquay Golf club located just behind Fistral Beach. Within a few minutes walk there are small shops/off licence and several hotels offering meals to non-residents. The centre of Newquay is a 10 minute walk, therefore close enough for those who enjoy the night life but far enough away for those who prefer to enjoy the beaches, restaurants and the magnificent coastline.

By road Newquay is within easy access of the A30 dual carriageway (twelve miles) which is served by the recently improved A30 bypass at Indian Queens, knocking a good 30 minutes off the journey time in the busy summer periods.
Newquay also has an airport (5 miles from the town centre) with flights from the UK between Newquay, Dublin, Luton and Stansted, along with flights from Europe being added as well. Newquay railway station is in the town centre and National Express Coaches serve Newquay too.
