Newquay Beach Retreat is a luxury stylish home from home self catering holiday house. A three storey town house in a quiet area on the outskirts of Newquay just a short distance from Lusty Glaze Beach.

This new modern centrally heated property (completed in 2007) has been finished to the highest standard and includes all amenities. On the ground floor there is a utility room, shower room and bedroom with a chalet bunk sleeping three. On the first floor is a spacious open plan living area with large south facing balcony at the rear and a small balcony at the front looking out towards the sea. The second floor has a king sized and a double bedroom, and a family bathroom.

Newquay Beach Retreat is child friendly, two cots, two high chairs and two stair gates are at the property. Dogs may be accepted (please enquire first). Also available is Satellite TV, Internet access and Wi-fi available.

The property is close to Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre with great facilities for families along with an excellent surf school. Porth Beach is very close by as well. For walkers you will be able to join the South West Coastal Path directly opposite the house. The perfect base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer - 20 minutes from Padstow, 20 minutes from the Eden project and 4 miles to Watergate Bay.

The Accommodation

Downstairs: Utility/kitchenette room, shower room with WC and shower enclosure and bedroom with a chalet bunk sleeping three (double at bottom and single at top). Storage area for wet suits. French windows opening onto a private fully enclosed deck area. The ground floor has all the necessary facilities to make it self contained if required.
First floor: Spacious open plan living area (L-shaped). Fully fitted kitchen with integral appliances (clothes dryer, dish washer, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine). Dining seating for six and lounge seating for seven. Large south facing balcony at the rear and a small balcony at the front looking out towards the sea.
Second floor: One king size and one double bedroom. Family bathroom with WC, bath with shower and shower enclosure.
Outside: Private garden/patio area, dining furniture.
Parking: Private parking for one car.

Location

By road Newquay is within easy access of the A30 dual carriageway (twelve miles) which is served by the recently improved A30 bypass at Indian Queens, knocking a good 30 minutes off the journey time in the busy summer periods.

Newquay also has an airport (5 miles from the town centre) with flights from the UK between Newquay, Dublin, Luton and Stansted, along with flights from Europe being added as well. Newquay railway station is in the town centre and National Express Coaches serve Newquay too.
