Gold Package : 30% of the holiday let charge
We will advertise your property on the Explore Newquay website and several other leading directories in order to achieve optimum bookings.  We have sole responsibility  for customer liaison, enquiries, booking requests, confirmation of booking and payment.  If you have a stand alone website all contact details must be Explore Newquay.  We will also coordinate key collection, provide a welcome information pack and complete the changeover.   We will oversee all maintenance issues including yearly appliance and installation testing. 


Fees:
There is a one off Registration Fee of £200 (this is non-refundable). This covers photography, the marketing and write-up of the property and uploading of the property details on to the Explore Newquay website and booking system.

  • rebooking

  • laundry services
  • key holder service
  • housekeeping services
  • oversee all maintenance and repairs including attendance at yearly installation testing
  • replacing broken/damaged items
  • be available for emergency call outs
  • Access Statement**
  • payment of all renewals on the property including yearly installation testing
  • payment for replacing broken/damaged items
